Built-in printers for self-service machines

The BIXOLON BK5-31 is a compact, flexible and very reliable 3" printer for label and ticket printing. As a built-in printer for self-service machines, it achieves a maximum print speed of up to 150 mm/sec. at a resolution of 203 dpi and a media thickness of up to 0.20 mm (perfect for ticket printing). It also supports media widths from 20 to 83 mm and withstands temperatures from -20 to +60 °C. This makes it suitable for use in extreme weather conditions.

With its open design for easy media changes and side-mounted power and reset switches, the BK5-31 fits perfectly into vending machines with limited space. The seamless paper guide with media centring allows the printer to adapt to different types of vending machines. It also has a powerful processor with 256 KB of non-volatile image memory and a movable black mark sensor for improved media detection.
