The Honeywell mobile computer ScanPal EDA5S is equipped with a current Android operating system and Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor with 2.0 GHz. For secure wireless connectivity it relies on the interfaces NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 and 4G LTE. This makes it ideal for connections between workers in front- and back-end systems in retail, transportation and logistics.
The large 5.45" touchscreen display with Gorilla Glass and ergonomic industrial design add to enhancing user comfort and overall user experience. Thanks to the light, slim design users operate the mobile computer easily with just one hand and store it conveniently in a case. The 13 megapixel rear camera takes high-resolution photos for high-quality image documentation, while the 5 megapixel front camera allow video communication. Also, the ScanPal EDA5S has IP67-certified robust housing, making it well-suited for use in tough and demanding environmental conditions. The 3,060 mAh lithium-ion battery is easily removable, offers a runtime of approximately 8 hours and supports 3.0 quick-charging.
