The Zebra ZD230 is a highly reliable 4" desktop printer with extensive features to ensure a long life cycle. In addition to its compact design, it has a double-walled construction that makes it robust and durable – perfectly suited for the use in transport and logistics, light industry, retail and healthcare.

The ZD230 is available as a direct thermal or thermal transfer printer. In both variants, it creates 1D and 2D barcodes such as PDF417, DataMatrix, QR Codes and Aztec fast and reliably. It prints up to 152 mm/sec. fast with a print resolution of 203 dpi – for printing labels and receipts up to tickets, tags and ID cards. In addition to this, it also has a capacity of 300 meter long ribbon rolls to save time, especially between media changes.Thanks to the large memory of 128 MB Flash and 128 MB SDRAM, the ZD230 stores significantly more fonts and graphics. A simple installation and the immediate readiness will be insured by the multi-interface of the desktop printer: USB, Ethernet and Bluetooth. Moreover, the desktop printer also offers Wi-Fi for a wireless connection via the network.The ZD230 is easy and uncomplicated to operate via an LED display and a single button for feed and pause. The printing status can also be seen at a glance. The printer is optionally available with an integrated peeler or cutter – this saves time during labelling. The ZD230 is supported by selected software applications of the Zebra Print DNA and Zebra’s Link-OS to provide a cost-effective and reliable printing experience. OneCare SV ensures, among other things, that the printer’s standard warranty is extended to 24 months. Together they make the ZD230 a future-proof investment.
