The BIXOLON XD5-40II is a high-performance 4-inch desktop label printer designed for versatile applications in logistics, retail, manufacturing and healthcare. With a print speed of up to 203 mm per second at a resolution of up to 300 dpi, it delivers fast and reliable performance. It also features a generous 512 MB SDRAM and 512 MB Flash memory for even more efficient workflows.

Thanks to Smart Media Detection, the BIXOLON XD5-40II automatically recognises different media types such as gap, black mark or continuous labels. The Twin function enables quick cloning of settings across multiple devices, while the USB host port supports the direct connection of external devices. In addition to the standard model, a dedicated healthcare version is available with a disinfectant-resistant housing and an IEC 60601-1 compliant power supply – ideal for demanding operating environments.
