The Zebra DS8288-HC is a powerful wireless healthcare scanner designed for modern clinical working environments. With Bluetooth 5.2, it reliably transmits data over distances of up to 100 metres, providing maximum freedom of movement on hospital wards, in laboratories or in the hospital pharmacy. The integrated 2-megapixel sensor with PRZM Intelligent Imaging ensures fast and accurate capture of even challenging barcodes, such as those found on patient wristbands, medication labels or blood bags.

Two battery options are available for maximum flexibility: the PowerPrecision+ battery supports up to 100,000 scans per charge, while the PowerCap supercapacitor provides a low-maintenance and environmentally friendly alternative with ultra-fast charging readiness. The housing, made from disinfectant-ready materials and featuring a sealed inductive trigger and antimicrobial labels, simplifies cleaning and supports effective infection control in daily clinical operations. Combined with Zebra DNA, it provides future-ready processes for reliable data capture and efficient clinical workflows.
