Bluetooth barcode scanner with BLE

KOAMTAC offers its KDC280 miniature Bluetooth barcode scanner in three different versions: with a laser, CCD or imager. This way, it meets many different requirements in different sectors. While the laser and CCD versions capture 1D barcodes, the imager also reads 2D barcodes. The maximum scanning range is up to 190 mm (laser), 246 mm (imager) or 300 mm (CCD), depending on the barcode size and type.

All three scanner variants impress with a low weight of only 57.5 g and compact dimensions of 40 x 82 x 18 mm (W x H x D). The equipment includes the interfaces micro USB and Bluetooth 4.1 Low Energy (BLE). The latter enables the scanners to be used with smartwatches, smart glasses and other portable intelligent devices. Additionally, the exchangeable 650 mAh lithium-ion battery, 64 KB RAM and 8 MB flash ensure reliable performance. In accordance with IP65 standards the scanners are also protected against the ingress of dust and water jets.
