Permanently installed RFID reader with antenna

The FR900 from Bluebird is a fixed RFID reader that impresses with its elegant design and high performance. With its compact dimensions of just 253 x 254 x 56 mm, it fits seamlessly into any office environment or public spaces such as retail stores or hospitals. Its dense reading mode offers high accuracy and precision while preventing interference between readers. Reading accuracy remains consistent even in applications involving metal and liquids. Compliance with the EPC Class 1 Gen 2 V2 standard further highlights its performance capabilities.

The FR900 is designed for use in harsh environments and is reliably protected against dust, as evidenced by its IP53 certification. Thanks to Power over Ethernet (PoE and PoE+), installation is cost-effective and flexible, as only a single cable is required. Its modular design makes installation in confined spaces easy and supports the use of up to eight antennas. Depending on the application, Bluebird offers five different antennas, which are integrated via the eight monostatic ports (reverse polarity TNC).
