A real all-rounder, the V1500 proves itself everywhere where a POS needs to perform, without having to compromise on user-friendliness or design. Whether on the counter at a retailer, in the lobby of a restaurant or on various sales desks at a clothing store chain, the POS system masters all the challenges.Operate the device via its 15'' touchscreen. Depending on the need there are two different touch technologies available: a resistive or capacitive touchscreen. With a resolution of 1,024 x 768 pixels the V1500 presents all contents in great detail and pinpoint sharp. A brightness of 350 nits ensures that the monitor remains optimally readable even in less than ideal lighting conditions.Behind the monitor there is an Intel Celeron J1900 Quad-Core processor with 2 GHz and 4 GB DDR3 memory (expandable up to 8 GB). Plus there is an Intel HD graphics chip, so that the V1500 is also capable of handling demanding graphical applications. It comes from the factory with a Windows 10 operating system and has a 128 GB SSD hard drive for saving product and transaction data.The V1500 comes with 5 USB 2.0, 1 USB 3.0 und 3 serial/COM ports for accessory devices. This allows users to adapt the POS to the individual usage area, such as with a customer display or a waiter's lock. Numerous accessory options include a barcode scanner, customer display, magnetic stripe reader and RFID readers. Connect the cash drawer via the RJ11 port and the Colormetrics V1500 is ready to go!
