The PEX-1001 Series combines precise printing mechanisms and powerful high-performance electronics with robust die-cast aluminum housing - ideal for the demanding areas of industry, production, transportation & logistics or, even healthcare. The PEX-1121 and PEX-1221 models impress with very high print speeds: 457 mm/sec. at a resolution of 203 dpi. The PEX-1131 and PEX-1231 models, which are up to 356 mm/sec. at 300 dpi, offer a well-balanced relationship between speed and resolution. With 600 dpi at 152 mm/sec., the PEX-1161 and PEX-1261 models achieve the highest print resolution. All models process labels up to 104 mm wide, using thermal transfer or direct thermal printing, as needed.

The precise sensors even detect up to 5 mm high. A 32-bit RISC CPU, 512 MB SDRAM, 512 MB flash and USB slot for optionally usable device memory (FAT32) are part of the equipment, as well as a 3.5" TFT touch display and a control panel. The interface selection leaves nothing to be desired: USB 2.0, a USB host, RS-232, Ethernet and GPIO (DB15F), as well as an optional combination module of Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. The PEX-1001 print modules may also be turned into their own networks via »SOTI Connect« and the »TSC Console«.
