Print module for reliable long-lasting operation

With the Zebra OEM print modules of the ZE500 series you print labels on the production line directly onto packaging, boxes and palettes – from the food industry to pharmaceuticals. They are designed for unrelenting continual operation in intensive appliqué and print applications. With optionally available enhanced RFID functions you expand the possibilities for tracking shipments, palletes and goods (ZE500-R).

The print modules are extremely user-friendly, not to mention easy to use, maintain and clean: change all three rollers in no time at all – without having to access any electronics. Thanks to the large opening, you also easily access the printhead; changing and cleaning it is quickly completed. Faster repairs and minimal downtimes are ensured by the modular quick-change drive system. A standard 512 MB SDRAM and 512 MB Flash memory allow for quick processing and very high print speeds from 457 mm/sec. at a resolution of 203 up to a maximum of 600 dpi at 152 mm/sec. (ZE511 only). For comfortable integration into existing environments, simply twist or even remove the graphic display.
